Limits of Liability
IT Boys.biz is a network of IT Professionals that operate contractually as individuals, however are unified in their professional approach, while using IT Boys.biz as an “umbrella” name for their combined services. IT Boys.biz is NOT a company and does not operate as one. All contracts are between an individual and a customer.
The IT Boys.biz network (hereafter known as IT Boys.biz) will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries, damages or expenses arising from the service or the use or the inability to use the system or from any unauthorised access or alteration to the IT system [by a third party].
Customers should perform a system backup before a visit by an engineer. IT Boys.biz will not liable for any data lost. We will try our best to ensure all data is backed up for the customer as required as an extra service. However, this is mainly up to the customer to carry out a regular backup of all data to prevent any data loss. IT Boys.biz will not specifically be responsible for any crashes, losses, claims, penalties, damages, or expenses from the installing of additional programs by the customer or a third party after the visit.
Force Majeure
IT Boys.biz shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder if delay or failure is due to causes outside of their reasonable control.
Privacy Policy
IT Boys.biz is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you in a lawful manner (in accordance with the data protection act 1998). We do not sell, rent or trade any of your personal details to any third party.
We will never collect information about you without your explicit consent.
IT Boys.biz reserves the right to decline any IT job requests.
